The Northern Pavilion is located on the Scheldt quays, at the end of the elevated northern walking terrace. The building is protected as a monument. AG Vespa is responsible for a defined part of the renovation works. This assignment includes the following activities: - waterproofing the basement by realizing a new basement construction within the existing basement; - the construction of the sewerage system; - reinstalling and bringing in the utilities to the pavilion; - the necessary demolition works. The other renovation and restoration works will be carried out at a later phase by the future operator of the pavilion.
