Rockhampton Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers for the provision of After-Hours Contact Centre Services.Council is seeking a Supplier capable of delivering a seamless continuation of Council’s customer service operations, providing reliable, professional and consistent support to the community outside normal business hours and during periods of increased demand or service disruption.Council requires a service model that ensures continuous availability to support customers during after-hours periods including weekends, public holidays and pre-arranged daytime overflow requirements.
