A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to analyze the impact and effectiveness of the implementation and effectiveness of the Unaunted Commercial Prevention Act (PTEKS) in the supply chain of agricultural products and food. The study analyzes the impact and effectiveness of the PTEKS provisions taking into account the legal and practicals created during the validity of the lawProblems in the contractual relationship between the agricultural product and the food buyer and the seller.
