Tenders are invited for Africa Expansion Assessment - Pharma Sector
IFC is seeking to select a consultant (the “Firm”) with experience in conducting research and transaction advisory projects within the pharmaceutical sector or in the healthcare sector in Africa. IFC will provide the Firm with a list of prioritized countries (based on an analysis of quantitative and qualitative factors) and the scope of work of this engagement is to perform a detailed assessment of key prioritized countries. The project has been divided into the following phases:• Phase 0: Out of scope of the proposed engagement with the Firm: Country prioritization exercise to shortlist 4-5 countries for a deep dive into the opportunities. The tasks under Phase 0 will be done by IFC; and are included in this document only for the purpose of providing context• Phase 1: Deep-dive country analysis for 4-5 countries for export; distribution and/or production• Phase 2: Expansion Plan & Growth Opportunities
