GENERAL
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FA664326Q0003 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for turnkey training and program administration solution for Advanced Trauma Training courses, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
RESPONSE TIMES
Quotations must be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer at [email protected] no later than the date and time specified in this solicitation (06 July 2026, 4:00 PM EST). The email subject line shall read: “Quote Submission: Advanced Trauma Training - [Insert Offeror Name]”.
Questions must be submitted electronically via email to the aforementioned Contracting Officer. Note, questions must be submitted no later than Tuesday, 30 June 2026 by close of business.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
Course shall take place from 31 August 2026 - 31 July 2027
