The OMPI is launching a tender process to select a company for the provision of cafeteria and catering services, and related services. The OMPI invites by this this your company to submit an offer in response to the call for proposals (RFP) N ° AFMS_PID/2024/1134/RFP.L'A call to proposals is divided into three lots: a) Lot 1 : cafeteria services; b) Lot 2: catering services (coffee, cocktails, receptions, official meals, etc.); and, c) Lot 3: related services (deported points of sale and water fountains). The framework will be awarded to a single company for the three lots. The selected company will be offered a long-term framework agreement (LTA) for an initial period of one year, with possibilities of renewal. Submission in consortium or in partnership is also admitted. The applicable deadlines are as follows: date of the compulsory site visit: March 27, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CET); date of submission of questions: March 29, 2024 at 12:00 (THIS) ; And, date of submission of offers: April 29, 2024 at 12 noon (CET).
