Published on: 2026-06-17 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-07-28 Purpose: The TA will provide the UCP and the working groups with a multidisciplinary team composed of: • A principal coordinator; • An assistant administrative/iv; • Thematic experts, each supporting one of the strategic axes of the program; • Cross-functional specialists: procurement, social, monitoring & evaluation, communication and governance; • A pool of business experts, mobilized on an ad hoc basis according to identified technical needs (IWRM, climate change, water quality, REUT, IT specialist, lawyer, etc.). On this basis, the technical assistance team will be responsible for carrying out the missions described in the CCTP-TDR for the different phases of the program (start-up, implementation and closure).
