The AESO is seeking to identify and partner with one or more staffing agency/agencies or service provider(s) capable of supplying qualified and cost-effective contingent workers across various business areas, including but not limited to Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Facilities, and Engineering. Such staffing agencies or service providers will perform tasks including but not limited to: (a) Candidate screening: Comprehensive background checks, skill assessments and credential verifications. (b) Candidate sourcing and placement: Rapid identification of qualified candidatesfor temporary, project-based and/or permanent roles. (c) Regulatory compliance: Adherence to labor laws, industry-specific regulations, and organizational standards. (d) Workforce management: Ongoing support for performance tracking, issues resolution, and contract renewals. (e) Reporting and analytics:Periodic reporting on workforce trends, market salary data and service metrics. (the "Services").
