Description

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for conducting a manned fixed-wing aeromagnetic survey near Portola, California. The proposed action will be awarded in accordance with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.This combined synopsis/solicitation for a firm fixed price commercial service contract is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is 140G0320Q0115 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06, effective June 5, 2020. Please see solicitation with CLINS, technical specifications, provisions, and clauses. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by 3:00pm ET on June 17, 2020.Quotations are due no later than 3:00pm ET on June 24, 2020.
