This is a combined pre-solicitation/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, following RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a quote that (1) conforms to the requirements of the pre-solicitation/solicitation; (2) that receives a rating of “Acceptable” on the Technical Capability evaluation factor; and (3) that submits the quote with the lowest total evaluated price (TEP), provided that the TEP is not unbalanced and is determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or to make no award at all depending upon (1) the quality of quotes received and (2) whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable.
1. The solicitation number is FA486126R0027. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). A single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract will be awarded in the best interest of the government.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 99th Force Support Squadron (FSS) at Nellis AFB has a recurring need for professional, certified instructors to conduct aerobics group exercise classes at the Warrior Fitness Center. The contractor must deliver approximately 655 classes annually during facility operating hours, submitting a finalized instructor schedule monthly.
