This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. The City of Kawartha Lakes (the City) is seeking proposals from capable ortho aerial photograph vendors for the purposes of planning an imagery capture project. Given that there are many variables that can factor into project implementation, delivery and cost structure, the City is seeking information at this time to plan a budget proposal for the 2026 Capture year. Information obtained in this RFI will be used to plan the 2026 budget requests and form in part, the basis of a subsequent RFP and open bidding process.
