Research has shown that major maintenance is necessary for the Trekvlietbrug, Laakbrug, Leeghwaterbrug and Calandbrug within the municipality of The Hague. Simultaneously with this major maintenance, measures must be taken in the context of guaranteeing safety on, in and around this moving vehicle.are bridges. This safety must be considered integrally and mutually with regard to the domains: machine safety, occupational health and safety, cyber security, constructive safety, user safety and other legislation. The ambition of the municipality of The Hague is to use an integral renovation of the 4 movable barepair bridges, have them CE certified and comply with the current state of the art. The purpose of this tender procedure is to contract an external consultancy for "Research, advice, design, contract preparation, tender supervision and back office implementationg" for the renovation of the four movable bridges.
