Advisory service in the field of research and development (R&D) relief. 1. Analysis/review of the company's activities in terms of meeting the definition of "R&D activities", 2. Identification of projects eligible for the relief, 3. Indication of eligible costs, 4. Preliminary estimation of the potential amount of the relief, 5. Recommendations regarding records and documentation, 6. Support in the implementation of the relief and preparation of tax documentation for the period indicated in the request for proposals 7. Ongoing support and acting as a representative Companies in the scope of potential tax audit in the scope of corrections resulting from the R&D relief8. Support in the implementation of the R&D relief for the period 2027-2028. We require the submission of an offer in the form of an attachment in a PDF file. with signatures of authorized persons and submitting the offer in Purchasing Platform form - in accordance with the annex with the requirements for the procedure. Additionally, we require submission of the following as an attachment in a PDF file: 1. Sending a declaration signed by authorized persons about having the Policy or a Third Party Liability Policy document with a threshold insurance sum of at least PLN 500, 000.00 on the date of submitting the offer. 2.
