The contract covers the following services: Advisory, assistance and expertise missions for the monitoring and control of the THD42® leasing contract in the Loire department Within the framework of national development guidelines from the very highest speed, SIEL-TE has decided to create an optical fiber network to ensure very high speed service to all the municipalities of the Loire department outside the AMII zones (Call for Expression of Investment Intention). The 320 communes of the Loire department are distributed as follows: - 49 municipalities, located within the perimeters of Saint-Étienne Métropole and Roannais Agglomération, are in the Orange AMII zone, (list of AMII municipalities in appendix) - 271 municipalities, falling within of 11 public intercommunal cooperation establishments (including 1 Rhone EPCI), are the subject of the T.H.D.42® program SIEL-TE Loire and the local communities and agglomerations of the territory launched the THD42 program in 2015. This program has was financially supported by the State, the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region and European FEDER funds. The THD42 program is a public service delegation (DSP) in leasing for a period of 15 years. The contract was notified to the LOTIM / AXIONE / group BOUYGUES ENERGIES SERVICES on November 14, 2014.
