Support service in the implementation of transfer pricing obligations, in particular: 1) ongoing consultations on transfer pricing issues; 2) keeping the Company informed about information obligations in the area of ​​transfer pricing and assistance in their correct and timely implementation;3) preparation of an information memorandum regarding the lack of documentation obligation for 2025 along with the preparation of the resulting tax and information documentation (e.g. filling out the TPR template), 4) current informing the Company about changes in transfer pricing regulations and general interpretations issued in the scope of the Company's activities;5) ongoing preparation of internal procedures in the field of transfer pricing; 6) preparation tax documentation in the field of transfer pricing within the meaning of the CIT Act (local file) - a formal requirement of the PKP Group. We require the submission of an offer in the form of an attachment in a PDF file. with signatures of authorized persons and submitting an offer in the Purchasing Platform form - in accordance with the annex with the requirements for the procedure. Additionally, we require the following to be submitted as an attachment in a PDF file: 1.
