The City of Burnaby (“City”) is seeking Expression of Interest (“EOI”) from qualified third-party vendors to provide a one-stop-shop solution for advertising on select City fleet vehicles. This is an opportunity for interested and qualified Respondents to submit a response to the City of Burnaby (“City”) for the opportunity to allow vendors to utilize select municipal fleet vehicles for advertising placement. Interested respondents shall describe their desire, relevant expertise, capability, reputation and resources to undertake the project as generally set out in the Scope of Work.
The intent of this Request For Expression Of Interest (“RFEOI”) is to identify interested vendors, preferably based in Canada, who can provide a comprehensive fleet advertising solution. Based on the responses received, the City may proceed with issuing a formal Request for Proposal (“RFP”) at their sole discretion. This RFEOI is for information-gathering purposes only and does not constitute a binding agreement. The City reserves the right to issue a RFP based on the interest and responses received.
