This consultation concerns: ADVERTISING MANAGEMENT FOR THE COMMUNICATION TOOLS OF THE CITY OF HAY-LES-ROSES The purpose of this contract is the advertising management for the following publications: The municipal magazine. The activities guide (leisure, sports and culture). The City plan (leaflet) Guide to the cultural season And any other support subject to prior agreement with the Directorate of the Communication department of the City of L'Haÿ-les-Roses, without however disrupting the general economy of the market. Advertising management includes: Canvassing advertisers. Preparation of advertisements (production of models, execution documents, printing files). The presentation of the Good to Print (BAT) for validation with the advertiser and the City's Communication department. The transmission, in compliance with the deadlines mentioned in this contract, of the edited advertising pages (high definition PDF) to the Communication department for insertion in the publication concerned.
