Tender are invited for ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS THE SAINT LUCIA AIR AND SEA PORTS AUTHORITY (SLASPA) COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER (ATCT) AT HEWANORRA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT RE-REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, VIEUX FORT The Saint Lucia Air and Seaport Authority (SLASPA) is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors for the Completion of Construction of the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at the Hewanorra International Airport Redevelopment Project (HIARP), in Vieux Fort. The construction of the ATCT constitutes the initial phase of this significant airport infrastructure improvement programme, which also includes improvement to the airside, terminal, and landside, with a strategic intention to elevate the aviation ecosystem and passenger experience. As a critical component of the redevelopment program, the state-of-the-art designs for the new ATCT will be equipped with the latest navigational tools and technology, replacing the more than 40- year-old existing facility, and will stand at 100ft, providing optimum airfield surveillance for air navigation services.
