The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate a sole source basis with NAVIGATORS BASEBALL LP located at 3001 N Arthur Ashe BLVD Richmond, Virginia 23230-4331, United States to display digital boards.
In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
