Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE ROAD REBLOCKING/CONCRETING
1. The LGU-Garchitorena, through the MEDF 2026, intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 975, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Road Reblocking/Concreting-Bahi. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-Garchitorena now invites bids for the Road Reblocking/Concreting-Bahi under the Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) procedure. Delivery of the goods/materials is required within Three (3) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail evaluation and the Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) system, with 85% allocated to the quality proposal and 15% to the price proposal, as the award criteria in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.
