Notice Is Hereby Given To Prospective Proposers That Sealed Proposals For The Complete Design And Construction Of The Advanced Water Treatment And Capacity Upgrades (the ¿project¿) Will Be Received By The Clayton County Water Authority (the ¿owner¿) At 1600 Battle Creek Road, Morrow, Georgia 30260 Until 11:00 A.m. Local Time, The 12th Day Of April 2024, And Then At Said Office The Proposals Will Be Opened, And The Names Of The Proposers Will Be Read Aloud. Any Proposals Received After The Specified Time Will Not Be Considered. The Owner Has Adopted A Competitive Award Process For Evaluation Of Proposals For Design And Construction Of The Project, Which Is To Be Performed Pursuant To A Progressive Design-build Delivery. A Mandatory Pre-proposal Meeting For The Project Will Be Held On Tuesday, February 27, 2024, At 11:00 A.m. Local Time To Discuss The Project.
