The Department of Veterans Affairs, Networking Contracting Office (NCO 01) located in Brockton, MA intends to enter into a sole source procurement, pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Spirax Sarco Inc, for the following requirement:

STATEMENT OF WORK

ADVANCED UTILITY METER SYSTEM SURVEY

1.0 SCOPE OF WORK

This is a survey to be performed by Spirax Sarco Inc (Spirax Sarco), the original equipment manufacturer for the meters and flow processors that make up the mechanical meter portion of the advanced utility metering system (AUMS) within the VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS). Spirax Sarco will perform a survey of 57 mechanical flow meters across the three VABHS campuses. Spirax Sarco will analyze their findings and develop a final report detailing meter function and operation. The meters to be surveyed are included in the tables below. In general, work shall include all labor, material, equipment, and supervision required to perform the survey.
