SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:The key objective in issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is seeking formal Proposals for the supply and implementation of a no code advanced transcription solution that will enable automated creation of captions and subtitles for its audio and video content, with strong text editing capabilities, for production teams to correct or adapt the transcriptions when needed.The service must use AI (artificial intelligence) to transcribe audio and video content in French (Canadian) and English (Canadian, US, UK), and provide an easy to use, intuitive UI (user interface) that allows text editing and formatting functionalities, to allow CBC/Radio-Canada to create high-quality captions and subtitles.2.
