BACKGROUNDCity of Moreton Bay (Council) is the operator of the following five (5) caravan parks - four in the Caboolture area, and one in the Redcliffe area:• Bongaree Caravan Park, Welsby Parade, Bongaree, Bribie Island;• Donnybrook Caravan Park, Alice Street, Donnybrook; • Toorbul Caravan Park, the Esplanade, Toorbul; • Beachmere Caravan Park, Biggs Avenue, Beachmere; • Bells Caravan Park, Thompson Crescent, Clontarf.Council is seeking the services of experienced caravan park managers or management companies to enter into an agreement for the five locations.
