BACKGROUND The venue is scheduled for practical completion and warm shell handover to lessees late 2026, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the Redcliffe community.The vision for Suttons Beach Pavilion is to create a vibrant, accessible hospitality destination that caters to both locals and visitors, in line with contemporary standards. This new precinct will serve as a lively hub on the foreshore, drawing in its own customer base while also serving the many beachgoers and foreshore users throughout the year.Offering a unique opportunity to collaborate on a landmark project, Council-s vision for this site includes three complimentary food and beverage concepts on the foreshore, being a mix of dynamic food and beverage concepts across both the ground floor and level one, offering a range of experiences, price points, and service styles. City of Moreton Bay will be seeking tender responses from interested hospitality operators that align with our vision for the revitalised Suttons Beach Pavilion in May 2025.
