Tender Details Mandatory Submission Requirement - a completed copy of Appendix A MUST be completed in full and returned with the proponent's bid submission.
Unit pricing for this item must be stipulated in Canadian Funds (CAD).
The discount structures are to remain firm for duration of the contract period.
GNB/SNB will not be splitting the contract, the contract will be awarded to the Vendor with the highest combined discount off List Price, resulting in the lowest cost to SNB and meeting all other tender requirements.
Must include all delivery and shipping costs.
One Hundred percent (100%) of all added value and discounts negotiated with the manufacturer MUST be passed through to GNB/SNB (i.e., extra discounts above Minimum Percentage Discount Off Current Published List Price, etc.).
Quotes MUST be provided within forty-eight (48) hours of request and valid for thirty (30) days.
Orders MUST be placed within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of a Purchase Order.
All orders drawn from this contract MUST be signed by designated GNB personnel (the individuals and process will be determined upon award). The Province of New Brunswick will not be responsible for any purchases shipped without this authorization.
All materials and equipment shall consist of new materials, not used, or reconditioned, remanufactured or of such age as to impair its usefulness or safety and shall be free of defects and improper workmanship. All materials shall be fully compliant with standards, system specifications, and all other applicable requirements.
