This is an advance notice from the IESO and Enbridge of their intent to issue a joint Request for Proposals (RFP) for the services described below.All information below, including the scope of services, estimated timelines, and other information is subject to change; and the IESO and Enbridge make no guarantee that they will proceed with the RFP.***The IESO-s Energy Affordability Program and Enbridge-s Home Winterproofing Program (each a “Program” and collectively the “Programs”) are designed to support energy efficiency and affordability across Ontario for income-eligible households.
