The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 6, intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract to Stripes Global, a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for OsmoPro Max and Glocyte Consumables in support of the VAMC, Durham NC facility.

Description of Requirement
Contractor shall provide quarterly consumables for OsmoPro Max and Glocye.
Basis for Proposed Sole Source Award
VA proposes to use its statutory SDVOSB sole-source authority to award this requirement to Stripes Global an authorized manufacturer distributor. This requirement is for OsmoPro Max and Glocyte consumables for use with facilities existing laboratory equipment. The acquisition requires consumables compatible with these systems to support continued laboratory testing and maintain continuity of patient care. Stripes Global, A Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business is the only manufacturer authorized distributor identified for the required consumables. Its manufacturer authorization provides access to the specified products through an authorized supply channel.
