Tenders are invited for Advanced Distribution Management System Implementation Support Services.
Vendor needs to provide advanced distribution management system implementation support services.
i. Provide Inputs to Program Management Process (e.g., schedule management, change control management, issues management, risk management).
ii. Provide management and coordination of key activities developed by Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) / SCADA vendor as requested by agency.
iii. Maintain Attendance and support during project defined “Design Phase” and “Build Phase” working sessions.
iv. Assist with Enterprise Architecture and System Development Lifecycle project artifacts and deliverables.
v. Provide Quality assurance, testing support, & coordination support for ADMS scheduled activities.
vi. Support agency integration testing coordination, tracking, and quality assurance.
vii. Support agency FAT/SAT testing coordination, tracking, and quality assurance.
viii. Support the development of test scripts in coordination with the SCADA vendor and/or other agency business partners.
ix. Provide Stakeholder awareness, quality assurance, and coordination for cutover planning and execution.
x. Conduct Coordination and tracking of SCADA point to point testing.
xi. Provide Subject Matter Expert lead support for business process development including process. flow diagrams, business process narratives and gap analysis. In scope business process include but are not limited to:
1. Verify entire outage management lifecycle from outage detection or outage reporting to outage closure including referrals and outage notifications;
2. Verify general distribution outage management operational processes not included in the outage management life cycle;
3. Provide distribution advanced application maintenance and usage by the engineer and distribution operator; and
4. Provide distribution model management.
- Support ADMS vendor in ESRI GIS integration testing and verification.
- Support ADMS vendor in deployment of ADMS Distribution Model Management.
- Support ADMS vendor in design, configuration, implementation and testing of all configurations related to the outage lifecycle.
- Support ADMS vendor and agency in the building of displays in ADMS, PI or other graphical interfaces as needed.
- Support ADMS vendor and agency with the various integrations with the ADMS including but not limited to AMI, MDS, DSCADA, EMS, Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS), Aveva PI, Kubra, IVR, Web outage reporting system.
- Support ADMS vendor deployment and integration of outage reporting and outage dashboard creation.
- Provide SME support to agency and SCADA vendor to ensure SCADA and OMS User Interface follows the latest electric distribution operations best practices.
- Support agency and SCADA vendor to integrate ADMS to supporting third party systems such as Aveva PI, Hitachi Service Suite, AMI, ERP/SAP, and IT or Cyber Security related systems such as Splunk, Corporate Identity Management Systems, Tripwire, etc.
- Participate and support agency in all testing of the ADMS including FAT, SAT and unstructured testing.
- Development and documenting of unstructured tests.
- Properly document bugs and/or defects and follow up with SCADA vendor to resolve.
- Provide SME and coordination, quality assurance and support of system cutover planning and execution.
- Provide SME and hands-on support for point-to-point checkouts of ADMS remote devices when required.
