Advanced Combustion Optimization System (ACCS)
The present assignment concerns one lot and includes the design, supply, configuration, integration, testing and commissioning of an Advanced Combustion Control System (ACCS) for the optimization of the combustion process on oven lines 1 and 2 of the IVAGO waste-to-energy plant (AEC). The ACCS must supplement the existing basic control in SCADA (Supervisory control and data acquisition) with an advanced optimization layer that automatically adjusts set points for more stable and efficient combustion and steam production. The system must also have monitoring and reporting functionalities, with which the operational and technical performance of the combustion process can be monitored, analyzed and reported.
