Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Project and ServicesThe Design and Construct Three (3) CAT I Training Accommodations Building project is intended to address the deficiencies in Category I (Cat I) accommodations infrastructure at 5th Canadian Division Support Base (CDSB) Gagetown.The scope of the Modified Design-Build contract shall include the design and construction the following: A three (3) storey, temporary training style accommodations building with a foundation footprint of approximately 3, 000m2 and a total gross area of about 9, 000m2.
