Advance Procurement Notice base program Quebec Region(with Security Requirements)This is not a bid solicitation. This is an advance notice of potential contracts with anticipated security requirements to provide interested consultants or contractors an opportunity to begin the sponsorship request process for potentially obtaining the required security clearance(s) that are anticipated.
