The city of Helsinki is planning the renovation project of Pukinmäinkaari elementary school to be implemented at a target price as a project management contract. The contract to be procured includes the basic improvement of the old part of the building, the renovation of the gymnasium wing and the basic improvement of the yard area. In the basic improvement, the entire building technology is renewed. The renovation work involves the exterior cladding and demolition of the old gymnasium.
