This announcement is not a procurement announcement, a request for tender, and the publication of the announcement does not start a tender. The purpose of the advance announcement is to give the market advance information about the of acquisition. The purpose of the market dialogue is to offer market participants the opportunity to present ideas and views regarding the planned implementation of the construction project. The city of Helsinki is planning a basic improvement and expansion of the Tali football hall. to be carried out as a project management contract. The object located in the Munkkiniemi district (at Purotie 8, 00380 Helsinki) is a football hall to be fundamentally improved and expanded with the construction contract being procured. The existing one to be fundamentally improved the planned area of the building is 10, 860 gross square meters. The planned area of the expansion part is 2431 gross square meters. Renovation of the roof of the existing hall building is included in the basic repair work, possibly to be ordered separately as an option acquisition. The targeted start time for construction is the end of 2026, and construction is expected to continue for about 14 months. The procurement procedure is planned to be an open tender, preceded by the one described below market dialogue. Early fall 2026 is tentatively scheduled for the implementation of the procurement procedure. The goal is to publish the request for tenders at the beginning of August.
