This is a pre-announcement for the possible procurement of school transport by the city of Forssa to be published on the Hilma announcement channel. This is an advance notification regarding school trips according to Section 32 of the Basic Education Act. The service is relevant to the implementation of basic education in terms of The advance notice applies to student transportation in the Forssa urban area and Koijärvi rural school, as well as school transportation of small groups in the Forssa region to Forssa in the 2026-2027 school year. The possible purchase is divided into a maximum of four sub-areas. The procurement unit can choose one (1) service provider for each sub-area. The procurement unit emphasizes that all the information presented and the predicted values ​​of the sub-areas are estimates. The length of the contract period is one (1) academic year. Acquisition does not include options. The predicted values of the sub-areas (VAT 0%) are: 1) Sub-area 1: 80, 000 euros 2) Sub-area 2: 85, 000 euros 3) Subarea 3: 50, 000 euros 4) Subarea 4: 50, 000 euros THE NEED FOR TRANSPORTATION School transport will be operated between August 12, 2026 and June 5, 2027. Fall semester starts on 12.8.2026 and ends on 22.12.2026. Schools no traffic is organized during holidays. The autumn holiday will be held from 12 to 18 October 2026 (week 42) and the Christmas holiday from 23 December 2026 to 6 January 2027. The spring semester starts on 7 January 2027 and ends on 5 June 2027. The winter holiday is celebrated from 1 to 7 March 2027 (at week 9). Traffic is happening on weekdays and the end of semesters are not included in the purchase.
