Technology area 1A: NodeJS, Typescript/JavaScript Technology area 2B: JVM Spring boot, Kotlin/Java ADVANCE NOTICE OF FUTURE PROCUREMENT: After the market court overturned due to a complaint, DVV's previously implemented framework arrangement tender (dnro: DVV/V/00218/2025) procurement decisions for two (2) sub-areas, the Digital and Population Information Agency (DVV) has started the preparation of a new tender. The new tender is to be launched during the early autumn (August-September). The future acquisition will apply expert resources that were the subject of procurement decisions annulled by market law in the following technology areas: - Subarea 1A: NodeJS, Typescript/JavaScript - Subarea 2B: JVM Spring boot, Kotlin/Java The object of the acquisition and to it the requirements of the included sub-areas are described in more detail in the call for tenders for the upcoming competition, which we aim to publish in early autumn. Compared to the previous competition, the future competition will contain some changes. From technology sub-area 1A experienced IT experts who know the technologies in question will be acquired, the mandatory requirements and scoring requirements will be announced in the procurement request. Estimated estimated personnel work dates to be acquired for the sub-area: 12, 000 - 20, 000 htp. Several framework contract suppliers will be selected for the sub-area.
