Advance notice: Contractor procurement - AXEL new building project The Ostrobothnia welfare region is preparing a tender for the contractors of the AXEL new construction project. This announcement is a pre-announcement intended to give the market advance information about what is to come of acquisition. In the AXEL new construction project, Vaasa's Klemettiläki central fire station will be implemented. Central fire station is located in Ostrobothnia the emergency services of the rescue service, preparedness, accident prevention and first aid services, administrative support services, as well as social and crisis emergency services. The new building will be built on a plot of approx. 15, 400 m2. The project also includes e.g. separate outbuilding and two semi-warm car shelter, training tower, training field, construction of yard areas and new street connections, as well as a fuel distribution point as a separate purchase by the developer. The goals of the project are: - the facilities and technology that best support the operation - cost-effective maintenance and life cycle - energy efficient building - good indoor climate and safe work environment Project scope and requirements: Rescue station building (RAK 1) is 6060 brm2, 31, 933 m3, garage (RAK 2) 177 brm2, 714 m3, garage (RAK 3) 153.5 brm2, 533 m3, with a canopy of 163 m2, and training tower. The fire class of the building is P1. The indoor climate class is defined for each space, being either S2 (spaces in general) or S3.
