This announcement is a preliminary announcement intended to give the market advance information about the future acquisition. The AXEL new construction project will be implemented in Vaas Klemettilä central fire station. The central fire station is home to Ostrobothnia's rescue operations, preparedness, accident prevention and first aid services, administrative support services, as well as social and crisis emergency services. The new building will be built on a plot of approx. 15, 400 m2. The project also includes e.g. the construction of a separate outbuilding and two semi-warm car shelters, a training tower, a training field, yard areas, and new street connections, and the developer fuel distribution point as a separate purchase. The project's goals are: - facilities and technology that best support operations - cost-effective maintenance and life cycle - energy-efficient building - good indoor climate and safe working environment The scope of the project and requirements: Rescue station building (RAK 1) is 6060 brm2, 31, 933 m3, garage (RAK 2) 177 brm2, 714 m3, garage (RAK 3) 153.5 brm2, 533 m3, with canopy 163 m2, and training tower. The fire class of the building is P1. The indoor climate class is defined per space, being either S2 (facilities in general) or S3. We follow the Terve talo and Kuivaketju 10 operational models, as well as the "clean fire station" concept. In the project, cleanliness management will be monitored during construction.
