BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES The Finnish Railways Agency acquires railway special materials (REM) as a comprehensive service for the needs of its maintenance and projects. The service includes procurement of materials, inbound logistics, storage, outbound logistics and recycling or scrapping of decommissioned materials. PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE The customer's target schedule for market dialogue and procurement is:- Market information meeting 3 December 2026 at 09.00-11.00- Electronic survey 3.12. - 31.12.2026- Possible dialogues between the two with potential bidders in spring 2027- Request for information on the content of the tender documents in autumn 2027- Publication of the request for tenders in the beginning of 2028- Submission of tenders in spring 2028-----The announcement ADDED TO THE NOTICE is an invitation to a market dialogue.
