This is an advance notice in accordance with Section 61 of the Procurement Act, with which the contracting entity can shorten the tender period to at least 15 days in an open procedure and to at least 10 days in a restricted procedure and negotiation procedure. Yle does not require advance notice sending offers, participation applications or any other document based on this. A request for information on the procurement has been published in March 2026 and a market dialogue has taken place during the spring of 2026. The goal is to publish a procurement notice during the fall of 2026. The procurement procedure is initially planned to be a negotiation procedure or alternatively an open procedure, Yle reserves the right to make changes. All the information given in this announcement is preliminary and does not bind the procurement unit in any way. Yleisradio Oy (later "Yle") is preparing a tender for basic information technology services. The object of the acquisition is a service package, which includes end-user support services, including Service Desk (SD) local and remote support services, a physical service point called Walk-in Desk and comprehensive terminal environment support, lifecycle and expert services - comprehensive usage and capacity and data center management services - information security services - cloud services and identity management - high-quality expert services. Yle is looking for an overall supplier that acts as ICT's partner both in the implementation of new services and in the maintenance and development of existing services.
