ADVANCE NOTICE AND INVITATION TO THE MARKET DIALOGUE: Basic improvement of the Leijona quarter This notice is advance notice. This notice is not a procurement notice, a request for tenders, and the publication of the notice does not start a bidding process. Advance notification is intended to be given to the market in advance information about the future acquisition. PROCUREMENT DESCRIPTION The city of Helsinki is planning a basic improvement of the Leijona quarter. The site is located in Kruunuhaaa in block 30 at Pohjoisesplanadi 11-13, Aleksanterinkatu 20 and 22-24. The project consists of From Helsinki City Hall and Bock, Burz and Hellenius' so-called merchant houses. The buildings are protected by the site plan. In the project, extensive basic structural and building technical improvements will be implemented. In addition, it is done to develop the user's activities and space use functional changes. The buildings are owned by the City of Helsinki, Department of Urban Environment. The main user is the City Hall of the City of Helsinki and Kaupunktilat Oy in the street-level business premises of the merchant houses. The scope of the project is for the City Hall about 19, 040 brm2 and merchant houses about 7, 460 brm2, the whole project is about 26, 500 brm2 in total.
