ADVANCE NOTICE: Acquisition of basic information technology This notice is an advance notice to shorten the deadlines. This announcement does not require the sending of tenders, applications for participation or any other document to the procuring entity. Reporters can however, if they wish to ask the procuring entity questions about this advance notification by the stated deadline. Provincia Oy is a service center owned by municipalities and welfare regions, which produces high-quality and cost-effective products for its customers personnel and financial management services. Together with our system partners, we offer our customers the most modern and efficient financial and personnel management system solutions on the market. Provincia is preparing basic information technology procurement for about 190 users. Provincia's office is located in Lahti, the staff works remotely all over Finland. Currently, the operating system of the workstations is mainly Windows, but there are also a few Mac workstations in use. Procurement will come to include at least the following items (to be specified later): - workstation and device services, including e.g. workstation lifecycle management, equipment leasing services, maintenance of application packages - user and support services: remote support, local support, ICT service point and service management, user ID maintenance - Microsoft 365 and communication services, including encrypted email - remote access services - printing services incl. security printing - telecommunication and network...
