1) The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Misamis Oriental, through the general fund of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ₱2, 499, 865.50 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Fuel, Oil and Lubricants for the Sangguniang Bayan Office of Claveria, Misamis Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
