Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment for the Office of MHO, Accounting, MSWD and Municipal Agriculturist of LGU-Claveria, Misamis Oriental

1. The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Misamis Oriental, through the Approved Budget approved by the Sanggunian CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of PhP 228, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for the project. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Misamis Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
