INVITATION TO BID
1. The Province of Cebu, through General Fund-Proper intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Eight Pesos (Php2, 600, 968.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of ONE (1) UNIT AMBULANCE - PATIENT TRANSPORT VEHICLE (PTV), for the use of 4th DISCTRICT of the Province of Cebu under Advertisement No. 26-059. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Cebu through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
