INVITATION TO BID
1. The Province of Cebu, through the General Fund-Proper intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Four Hundred Forty Pesos (Php4, 976, 440.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of (1) LOT IP CCTV SYSTEM, IP PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM & IP PBX SYSTEM, for CPH-BOGO City-s CCTV, Telephony and Public Address System., under Advertisement No. 26-041. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Cebu through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
