INVITATION TO BID
1. The Province of Cebu, through the General Fund-Proper intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php2, 160, 000.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 4 units PULMONARY FUNCTION TEST MACHINE (SPIROMETRY) with ECG ANALYSIS SYSTEM, for use in Cebu Province-owned Hospitals under Advertisement No. 26-039. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Cebu through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
