1) The Local Government Unit of Claveria, through the SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 4 - CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱4, 348, 437.36 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of INSTALLATION OF CULVERT AND CONSTRUCTION OF BOX CULVERT IN IDENTIFIED AREAS IN THE BARANGAYS OF CLAVERIA MISAMIS ORIENTAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Claveria now invites bids for Procurement of INSTALLATION OF CULVERT AND CONSTRUCTION OF BOX CULVERT IN IDENTIFIED AREAS IN THE BARANGAYS OF CLAVERIA MISAMIS ORIENTAL.
