INVITATION TO BID
1. The Province of Cebu, through the General Fund-Proper intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos only (Php7, 990, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Welfare/Pre-positioned Non-food Items (Pail with cover, dipper, toothbrush, toothpaste, bath soap, etc.), good for 2, 000 families, for disaster response of the Province of Cebu under Advertisement No. 25-043. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Cebu through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
