INVITATION TO BID
1. The Province of Cebu, through the General Fund-Proper intends to apply the sum of
Thirty-Eight Million Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Three Pesos and 77/100 (Php38, 213, 323.77) only being the ABC to payments under
the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Supplies (catheters,
tubings, cannulas, needles & syringes; Dental Supplies; Disinfectants, Gloves &
Pipes; Others), good for three (3) months for use in CPHO, 12 District Hospitals
and 4 Provincial Hospitals of Province of Cebu, under Advertisement No. 25-023.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Cebu through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the
above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty Calendar
Days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of
